Energy backup systems are now operating  at community hubs across Victoria.

At these hubs, during a prolonged power outage, you can charge your devices, use the toilets, heat your food and access hot water.

With energy being generated and stored locally, if a fire or storm knocks out a power line, the community hubs back-up system will keep providing power independently.

Through the Energy Resilience Solutions program, the Victorian Government is helping to secure energy supply, drive down power bills and tackle climate change.
